ST Health Home Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager to oversee the Wellsboro, Cole, and Kane Offices. This position provides clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary home health team. Ensures that quality, safety, and financial goals are met and staff adhere to regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager position is also accountable and responsible for the overall quality of service, overseeing the planning, developing, organizing, and integrating of clinical care and coordination of assigned patients and designated teams, in support of the organizational goals and commitments.

Responsibilities:
*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
