Do you pay for certifications?

Specialty certification exams, renewals and review courses are covered — and certified nurses earn a differential.

Yes — a 12-month, accredited residency for new-grad RNs with dedicated preceptors, simulation labs and a cohort that starts together.

What support exists at the bedside?

Clinical resource nurses on every shift, a no-lift equipment program, and unit councils where staff nurses drive practice changes.
