Responsibilities:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be a graduate of a radiology technology program.
Must possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; must be able to adapt to all types of conditions of patients.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR or BLS required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
Must be an American Registered Radiological Technologist (A.R.R.T.) If not registered at time of employment, must obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire date as of January 1, 2025.
Diagnostic Technologists hired prior to January 1, 2025, will need to obtain their registry within 12 months of hire/transfer date.
