Grow with us

Naomi started as a nursing intern. Today she leads a team of 22.

At Pepper Health, careers are designed to compound. 71% of our managers were promoted from within — here is one journey, and yours could look just as ambitious.

A memorable moment for me was standing up the night-shift residency I wished I'd had — and watching the first cohort become charge nurses.

Questions, answered honestly

Frequently asked questions

Can I self-schedule?

Most inpatient units use self-scheduling in 4-week blocks, with weekend and holiday rotations shared equitably across the team.

Do you pay for certifications?

Specialty certification exams, renewals and review courses are covered — and certified nurses earn a differential.

Is there a nurse residency program?

Yes — a 12-month, accredited residency for new-grad RNs with dedicated preceptors, simulation labs and a cohort that starts together.

What support exists at the bedside?

Clinical resource nurses on every shift, a no-lift equipment program, and unit councils where staff nurses drive practice changes.
